Refund policy

We will happily accept returns and issue a refund on unworn merchandise with tags, shipped within 14 days of Canada Post delivering your purchase. Please ship back the items you want refunded with your order number provided.  We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your order and approve it. The clothing must have labels and tags still attached and the original receipt of purchase included. The item that you are wanting to return must be wrapped and the return number written on the outside of your package.  The return number will be the same as your order number (found on your receipt).  Shipping on all returns are at the customers expense. Please do not send the item C.O.D or we will deduct that amount from your refund, this also applies to return to sender shipping fees.
